Four non-slip feet keep the griddle secure and stable at all times, and you won't need to worry about it making a mess either - a removable fat collection drawer will keep your surfaces clean, and save you loads of time when it comes to cleaning and maintaining the griddle too.
With a simple ON/OFF switch and accurate dial temperature controls, operation couldn't be easier. You just need to season the steel plate, and start cooking! A powerful 2.9kW element ensures fast heat-up times and an even distribution of heat across the plate - perfect for anything from bacon and sausages in the morning to burgers, steaks and vegetables in the evening.
