CD240 is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, and uses heavy-duty stainless steel componentry throughout the system. The dual-track stainless steel pawl drive enables smooth conveyor operation, and electromechanical controls and high performance pumps deliver superior reliability and longevity.

CD240’s wide counterbalanced doors, open pawl drive architecture and easy-to-remove wash arm cassettes simplify cleaning and maintenance procedures. The functional design ethos embodied in Washtech’s common conveyor platform delivers a highly serviceable system to ensure maximum uptime.

CLASS-LEADING EFFICIENCY

CD240 is available with an optional heat recovery unit, which condenses steam emissions to recirculate heat energy through incoming rinse water. This reduces the power required to heat water for the final rinse stage by up to 45%.

FUNCTIONAL MODERN FEATURES

Automatic start/stop conserves power and water when no items are passing through the dishwasher. Dual-speed control enables operators to switch between two custom speed presets on-the-fly.
