Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. We do our best to dispatch orders the same day if the ordered item is in stock in our showroom. The usual dispatch time is usually 2 - 4 business days for items that needed to be dispatched from our wholesalers warehouse.

Q. What if the item i have ordered is out of stock?

A. If your item is out of stock, we will give you a eta of when this item will be arriving in our warehouse. If this wait time is not suitable for you, we will happily cancel and refund your order.

Q.Can i pick up my order from your showroom?

A. Yes you can. We will provide you an update on when your item is ready for pick up once we have received your order. Wait times may apply if we need to bring in your items ordered to our showroom from our wholesaler.

Q. Can my products warranty be void for any reason?

A.Warranty on any product ordered is void if the item has been misused, tampered with or has not been used to the manufactures specification . Examples of this is when your item has been dropped, not cleaned efficiently or the item has not been connected  by an approved technician (electrician/plumber),

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept a number of payments which include Credit card, Paypal, Zip, Silverchef, Bank deposit and Cash instore.
