The highly compact and portable Apuro DM868-A Portable Sous Vide 1500W is ideal for professionals on the move. Made from robust and easy to clean stainless steel, it has a clear LCD display, a low water level detection alarm, precise temperature control and a 0-99hr timer. The unit can clip on to almost any container, pot or tank which has rounded or flat walls. Its main function is to reliably maintain the water at a consistent and precise temperature by circulating water, thereby allowing sous vide cooking, adding value and refinement to meat, fish and vegetables. Its minimum container depth is 200mm.

Please note, next day shipping is for working day delivery only and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Orders must be placed before 10am to for same day shipping.  Any orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next working day.

At Veysel's, we also offer a Same-Day Delivery in select areas and postal codes codes on eligible products. Some orders will require that you provide a mobile phone number. The shipping team will either send you a text message or call you to let you know when the order is on it's way.
As most of our inventory consist of heavy machinery in different shapes and sizes, we may contact you if there is a additional cost for shipping which was shown at checkout. These can occur if the item is being delivered to an out of metro area or the item needs to be delivered by tailgate due to the size and weight of the item.
