The Buffalo double tank induction fryer brings all the performance and convenience of induction cooking to your kitchen without the need for a hardwired installation, so you can easily fry fish, chips, doughnuts, or chicken quickly and efficiently.

With no exposed elements and a handy drain tap, cleaning is made much faster and easier in comparison to conventional fryers. Ideal for restaurants, takeaways, kiosks and more.

Each of the 7.5ltr capacity tanks are independently powered with a 3-pin 13A plug creating an impressive output and a fast turnover time.

Please note, next day shipping is for working day delivery only and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Orders must be placed before 10am to for same day shipping.  Any orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next working day.
