The iM 60/2 spiral dough mixer enables medium and large volumes of dough to be mixed in a short time, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity and oxygenation.
All models guarantee a constant dough temperature during kneading, from the beginning to the end, eliminating therefore the risk of eventual overheating.
All machines have a switch-off timer, castors (excluded iM 8) and safety device, necessary for maximum reliability for users. Furthermore the models iM 25, iM 38 and iM 44 are available in the version 2V with double speed and with rising head, to enable the user to work accordingly to his needs and habits.
